Vision and mission

VISION

Formation of a society that develops its own social mechanisms in managing and sustaining socio- economic activities based on mutual trust, interactive cooperation, and proactive participation of all stakeholders. This includes fostering food security initiatives, ensuring health equity, promoting educational equity, and advocating for gender equality in healthcare. The vision also emphasizes training youth and young adolescents to become agents of change by equipping them with skills in STEM education, vocational training, and community health support, thereby contributing to a vibrant, responsive, and equitable system of grassroots-level community welfare. By addressing issues like food deserts, preventive care, and workplace equality laws, the society aims to create sustainable solutions that empower every individual.

MISSION

Working towards the development of a rural society which

  • Is devoid of discrimination in any form, including biases related to caste, colour, creed, region, or religion, while actively supporting anti-discrimination laws, LGBTQ+ rights, and transgender healthcare access.
  • Enjoys equitable access to available resources, such as clean drinking water, nutritious food through community food distribution, and opportunities for sustainable agriculture and local food sustainability.
  • Trains youth, especially young women, for equity-based livelihood options, focusing on vocational skills training, family planning services, and reproductive justice to ensure their long- term empowerment.
  • Prepares rural communities to deal with natural disasters by implementing disaster management strategies aligned with climate justice advocacy and emergency food assistance programs.
  • Motivates households to imbibe the right kind of knowledge on health, emphasizing preventive medical services, mental health awareness, and nutrition support programs to combat malnutrition and improve overall well-being.
  • Works for the basic human rights of marginalized tribal and socially backward households, ensuring universal healthcare, education policy reform, and immigration reform where necessary, while protecting vulnerable groups like asylum seekers, and undocumented immigrants.
Through these mission-driven actions, RRRES strives to build resilient communities capable of overcoming challenges such as hunger relief, gender identity protections, and firearm regulations, creating a future rooted in justice, inclusivity, and sustainability.
